ABOUT THE APSOLUTE RECAP

The APsolute RecAP is YOUR guide to scoring a five in May! Students learn in a variety of ways and we provide a variety of ways to learn. We produce podcasts, videos and interactive study guides to meet the needs of auditory, visual and kinesthetic students.

The APsolute RecAP’s philosophy is to maximize students’ understanding and minimize their need for memorization. Our experienced teachers provide students with real time support and test taking tips through virtual classrooms and personalized tutoring.

Winona

Winnie is a 3 year old English Bulldog who enjoys watching birds, taking naps, and listening to the APsolute RecAP!

Melanie

Melanie Kingett has been a teacher, tutor and administrator for the past 15 years. She originally came to Philadelphia to earn degrees in Biology and Latin before finding her calling with teaching.

Sarah

Sarah Rayder is originally from Munich, Germany, where she taught biology and chemistry at secondary schools. She also has a PhD in Biology Education and has worked at the university level.

Eliscia

Eliscia Picard is a music teacher from Connecticut. She received her masters in Education in Multiple Intelligences from the University of Saint Joseph and her

Ryan

Ryan McDowell is a teacher of Physics and Chemistry in his 14th year of teaching at the high school level. He obtained his degree in Secondary Chemistry Education.

Brad

Simply put… Brad Kingett is the greatest producer/editor/creative director there is, was or ever will be! He is the one who makes the proverbial educational trains run on time… He is the one that wrote this biography.

Zach

Zach Caruso is the writer/performer/producer of every version of The APsolute RecAP’s theme song. He has more than 13 years of experience in the music industry and five independently released albums of original music.
